I work in person in Denver and via telehealth throughout Colorado.
I work with people who are capable and accomplished but struggle with ADHD, procrastination, work performance, or relationships.
I've been in private practice for seventeen years, working with attorneys, physicians, and other professionals in demanding environments — including eight years providing therapy onsite at a Denver law firm. Alongside that work, I've spent over ten years at the University of Colorado Anschutz, providing therapy and psychological assessment and serving as Director of Psychological Assessment for Student and Resident Mental Health. This has given me a close-up view of what it's like to be the person everyone else relies on.
People often already know something is wrong, but not why it keeps happening or what to do about it. Sometimes the work stays practical, focused on what gets in the way day to day. Other times it goes deeper — a longer history comes into focus, and things that once felt like personal failures start to make sense in a different light. It's usually both.
I also work with adolescents and young adults navigating the pressures of school, identity, and growing independence.
I offer psychological assessment for children, adolescents, and adults, particularly for questions involving attention, learning, and performance.
If you'd like to talk about whether working together makes sense, I'd be glad to connect. You can find information about fees and the consultation process.
